The concept was a little difficult to understand and I feel the meal was more expensive than I initially expected. However the food was delicious and the environment was nice.

One small point of critique the salmon tartar with avocado really lacked flavour, maybe some salt or soy sauce.. something, this was a bit too pure 🤪 but we will definitely come back
